My bridge design

I designed the bridge because I chose to do a simple bridge because tynkercad is a hard site anyway so I jamed the road between the the blocks .I made the roof for people that don´t have a car.and I obviously put the strongest shape triangles at the front to help support my bridge

I play netball . I am C for centre. My best friend plays to as GA for goal attack .I love netball so much because you run around knock the ball before people got it .Its a fun sport for every one  .You should try it out,you'll enjoy it.

Strengths and Weaknesses of Bridges

Beam bridge -weakness beam bridges are mostly made of concrete.And concrete comparatively is not that strong. Strengths -beam bridges are for people and bikes and so it is good for short distance

Cantilever bridge strengths - The strengths of cantilever bridge is that it has lots of triangles and triangles are very stable and strong. weakness-If it gets to stormy or if there is a earthquake it will collapse. suspension

Suspension bridge strength -A suspension bridge is very flexible. Weakness- if it gets too stormy the suspension bridge will wobble and collapse.

 Arch bridge -strengths A arch bridge can carry certain amount of cars depending on its size Weakness- It has a limited span.

The trip to the Isle of Man

My trip to the Isle of Man

After 27 long ,long ,tiring hours of watching tv stuck in a seat and the most horrible plane food YUCK! I finally hopped off the plane in the Isle of Man. We (My dad ,sister called Soleil and me) went down the steps that screamed every step the passengers took.

After being at my Aunties house my sister ,Dad and Auntie and me sneaked into my granny's and poppers house. They had absolutely no idea that we were coming, they were shocked!. I gave them lots of hugs my sister didn't want to.

The next day me, Soleil, Dad and Auntie Liz went to Onchan park. First we all got an ice cream. Then Auntie Liz and my sister went on the motor boats. Me and my Dad were watching from the side. We found tadpoles and dead frog skeletons in the pool that my sister and auntie were in.Then dad had a look at a little track with cars. When my sister and Auntie hopped off the motor boat Dad offered Soleil if she wanted to hope on one I couldn't do it because it was only for 8 and
under after Soleil had two turns Dad said "one more time ""ok Dad".Then Soleil had one more turn   lets go now "no"said Soleil then she started to cry.

Two days later we went to peel castle . Dad got some fish and chips I didn't want any fish so I had chips and gravy yum yum.  Then we finally went down to the beach and collected shiny shells.Before I knew it I was walking around peel castle looking at the amazing views and spy holes. Then when we had got half way around then there was a cafe next to that was a ice cream shop. And boats all lined up we saw crabs getting loaded off the boat they were brown and big. Then we walked to the light house that was rusted a lot so  obviously very old. As we were coming back from the light house we came across the opening of peel castle I asked if we could go in my Dad said we had to pay my Auntie said I'll pay Dad said are you sure you want to go I said yes ok said Dad I'll go and get my wallet then Auntie Liz said I'll pay.

We walked inside the castle. The big doors had spikes at the entrance there were cannons as big as people they were the colour of midnight. The grass was squishy and freash. The walls were made of stone. But even they were made of the stone they were broken. Because back in those days there were Vikings attacking. And that's why they have the spy holes so they can spy at the Vikings.

In the Isle of Man they have a main sport motorcycle racing. But not any motorcycle racing they call it the TT when the fastest people in the world compete they are so fast that you can only see a very very very small dot Zoom past the crowd of people.  And one of the racers is Bruce and he is from New Zealand he's number two and he is related to me because Bruce has a mum that is my poppa's cousin.And Bruce's mum lives in Tauranga which is in New Zealand.

My passion post - Sharks

I love sharks so much that they are my favourite animal in the world. Did you know that a sharks bite is ten times more powerful than a lions bite. I like sharks because sharks don't mean to purposely hurt you they mistake you for a turtle that's why they only take one bite and realise that your not a turtle and swim off. I like sharks so much that I named my cat after one of my favourite sharks. I've got books of sharks, soft toy sharks and blow up pillows.

Willy and the Cloud

Willy and the Cloud By Anthony Browne I chose grey for the cloud because when Willy was under the cloud he was feeling grey. I did did dark colours on Willy because Willy was feeling alone. I chose to do Willy looking down at the puddle with the message in it because that was how Willy was feeling. I also did the sun because it was a beautiful day except Willy was feeling sad because of the cloud that was following him.The message in my picture was Willy was feeling sad, upset, forgotten, and lonely.      By Siena, 6.3.17
